Guest Policies

  • Guarantee Policy: A valid credit card is required to make a reservation. Only credit/debit cards are accepted as form of payment. An advance deposit equivalent to one night's room and tax will be made at the time of the reservation. If the reservation is cancelled prior to 3:00PM Mountain Time on the date prior to arrival, you will receive a full refund of the advance deposit. Arrival is guaranteed with your credit card. We may place a $150 pre-authorization on your credit/debit card upon check-in. This hold will be released upon check-out. We reserve the right to keep this additional deposit due to any damage to the room or unsatisfactory behavior on the part of the guest.

  • Cancellation Policy: Must cancel prior to 3:00PM Mountain Time the day before arrival or a cancellation fee of one night's room and tax will be charged. 

  • Hotel Check-In/Check-Out Times: Check-in: 3:00 PM, Check-out: 11:00 AM. If arriving after 9:00PM please notify the front desk in advance via phone/text at (575) 538-3711, or via email at silver@luluhotels.com to coordinate after-hours check-in. Our front desk is not open 24-hours and closes after 9:30PM. Arrivals after that time will only be able to check in through our after-hours check-in protocol. 

  • Parking: Parking at the hotel is plentiful and available free of charge to registered guests. Our parking lot is also conducive to large trucks, trailers, and RVs. 

  • Pet Policy: One well-behaved pet dog under 25lbs is allowed per reservation with a pet fee of $25 per day. Only dogs are accepted as pets, cats are not accepted. Pets must be disclosed at the time of booking this reservation and at the time of check in. Pets must remain on a leash at all times in public areas. A minimum of $150 will be added to the guest’s folio if this policy is violated, if the pet is not disclosed, if the pet disturbs other guests (includes barking), if the pet is left unattended, or if any damage is caused to the room. Please be aware that our property is surrounded by video surveillance.

  • Smoking Policy: The hotel is 100% non-smoking. Tampering with, disabling, or destroying hotel smoke detectors or related systems is a federal crime and will immediately result in a $200 fine. A similar fine will be added to the guest’s folio for smoking in or near a hotel room. The property reserves the right to charge additional fees for any damages that occur as a result of violating this policy. 

  • Housekeeping: During your stay, housekeeping will enter the room to take out the trash, replenish amenities, and change towels, if needed. You may opt out of any housekeeping at any time during your stay. 

  • Room Inspection: Management reserves the right to enter a guest's hotel room for maintenance, emergencies, or for room safety inspections.  Management will knock before entry. 

Hotel management reserves the right to refuse any guest as well as cancel any reservation due to a violation of these policies in order to ensure the comfort of our guests.
